I call this recipe GUITAR GAMBAS

First get a well paid gig. Then go to the fish market and buy some big expensive gambas with skin. Wash and dry them well. For the marinade take garlic and dried chilli peppers (I don't know how much you can stand) together with olive oil and sea salt. Mash it up and if you like put some balsamico and a very little bit of cream sherry. Put the Gambas in and stir.
Leave the kitchen and play etude no 1 by Villa Lobos , one time slow and one time fast in a very even tempo. Go back to the kitchen. Put enough olive oil in a wok. when the oil is hot throw in the gambas and enjoy the sizzling sound. Slice a lemon and fry along with the rest. ENJOY.
